Crunchy Vanilla Almond Granola – No sugar, oil and glutenfree
Healthy and crunchy granola for your favourite breakfast and brunches.
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1½ cups oats (GR if necessary)
- ½ cup buckwheat
- ½ cup almonds
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- pinch of vanilla
- ½ cup apple sauce
Instructions
- Turn the oven to 300℉/150℃.
- Chop the almonds roughly.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread the mixture on a baking tray (line with paper if necessary).
- Bake for 20 minutes or until turning slightly golden. (You don't want you almonds to turn too golden, as this isn't healthy).
- Let it cool before enjoying with you favourite smoothie, yoghurt or simply as a snack.
