Get to know me
I’M LUNA and I absolutely love food and yoga. Both have become a lifestyle for me; a way of expressing my creative and balanced life. Through some stressfull years with law studies and law jobs, I found that creating a mess in the kitchen to create that perfectly tasting recipe or immerse myself in gentle movement to explore my inner self was exactly the counterpart I needed. Health means the world to me, and being certified in plant based nutrition is at the root of my recipes. This blog is a heart project with the aim of extending a way of living mindfully through intuition and integrity. I am also I hope that you will find inspiration for creating new delicious recipes or getting on the mat, moving your body or simply taking a few deep breaths.
