Personal Chef: Experience the benefits of delicious, plant-based meals prepared just for you. I create customized menus that cater to your dietary needs and preferences, making healthy eating enjoyable and effortless.

  • Private dinners: max 8 people (Switzerland only)
  • Retreats: max 12 people

Personal meal plans: Transition into plant-based eating with ease. I provide personalized meal plans that include guidance on ingredient swaps, cooking tips, and recipes to support your health journey.

Price varies, but generally personal meal plans are priced at 125 EUR.

Women’s Health

Take Charge of Your Health and Wellbeing

1:1 Mentoring: Take charge of your health with personalized mentoring focused on creating balance and vitality. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies to address hormonal imbalances and enhance your overall well-being.

Yoga for Women’s Health: Engage in yoga classes designed specifically for women’s health. Experience how mindful movement and breath can help alleviate stress and promote hormonal balance.

Workshops & Courses: Participate in educational workshops and courses that combine holistic practices with scientific knowledge to empower you on your health journey.

Company workshops & seminars: Learn how to adapt your workplace to the needs of women creating value for the company and its employees.

Price varies, but generally 1:1 sessions are priced at 100-150 EUR.
